WaterPing is designed to work without collecting personal data. There is no account, no ads, and no tracking or analytics tools.

What data the app uses

The app only stores your reminder settings (interval, hours, goal) and the glasses of water you log. This data stays on your iPhone and Apple Watch, and moves between the two only through Apple's direct device connection. It is never sent to our servers.

Notifications

Reminders are local notifications generated by your device. You can turn them off at any time in the app or in iOS Settings.

This website

waterping.app does not use profiling cookies. The hosting provider may record technical data (such as IP addresses) in server logs for security purposes.
